Política de cancelación

All appointments require a deposit to reserve your time. It will be applied to your fee. We kindly ask for at least 5 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. At this time, you can reschedule up to (3) times without losing deposit • Less than 5 hours’ notice → deposit is forfeited. • If you are not home when the technician arrives or do not show up to your scheduled office appointment → the full service fee is forfeited. *This policy helps us cover travel time, gas, and ensures fairness to all clients.
